Info on Exhibition Tables
The cost is $100 for the exhibition tables for the two day event. They are 6 foot tables and will be located prominently in the main conference room at the hotel where all of the joint activiites will be taking place. They will be available Friday morning at 9:00 am and will be accessible until Saturday afternoon at 4:00 after the completion of the Congress. You will be free to put your organizations information on the table and leave it unmanned or have people there to represent your organization and answer questions. The cost of the table does not inlcude registration for the Congress. Whoever is manning your table will need to also register. Signs can be place on the table or pinned to the front of the fabric that covers the table. The hotel has some strict rules about attaching signs to the hotel walls but it is fine to attach the signs with safety pins to the table coverings.
